I often have cereals and milk for breakfast. I need a lot of energy so I can go to
school. Around ten o'clock I have a snack. At lunch time, I often eat fish or meat and sometimes I eat lentils. I rarely eat pizza or pasta. I frequently eat french fries.

At dinner I usually eat biscuits with some milk. I often eat only biscuits. It's not very healthy so sometimes I drink orange juice. At weekends the food is delicious. I often eat lamb with baked potatoes or lamb with lemon.

I think I should eat more vegetables and fruit, more eggs and more salad. I should eat less sweets and less sugar because they are not healhty.

I sometimes have milk and biscuits for breakfast because I need the energy they give me. Around 10 o'clock I have a snack during the first break. I sometimes eat from the school canteen.

At lunch I have different food with salad. If I have eaten something from the school canteen I eat only some salad.

In the evening I finish my homework and I go out with my friends. When I come back I make some pop corn watch a film and then sleep.

I must eat more fruits and vegetables but I must eat less oil.

Is your diet healthy? Do you eat food that is good for you? My diet is healthy. I drew my food pyramid and I found out that I have good eating habits.


I always have cereals with milk for breakfast because I need a lot of energy so I can go to school. Around 10 o'clock I have a snack.


At lunch time, I sometimes have rice with chicken or fish or beef with french fries. I often have meatballs or brocoli or spaghetti. I always have salad, too. At weekends, my mother cooks something special like a pizza or pasta. Later, I eat a snack like a chocolate or a croissant. I sometimes eat a sandwich.


Finally, on weekdays I drink I drink milk before I go to bed. At weekends, I order food with my family. In the evening, I call a friend and we play before dinner.


I think that I should eat more vegetables and less bread. Vegetables make me strong but bread makes me fat. What about you?

At lunch time, I often have spaghetti with tomato salad. My mum cooks very well. At the weekends, I frequently eat pizza or we eat out at a restaurant with my friends. 

Finally at weekdays, I have yoghurt with honey or hot milk for dinner. At weekends, we often eat with my family at my aunt's or my grandmother's. The food is always delicious. 

 I think I should eat more fruit and vegetables but I think I should eat less sweets and snacks.
